Network Engineer

• Design, configure, and deploy enterprise-level networks to meet the organization's requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network components

• Perform day to day network administrative tasks on networking gears such as patching / upgrading IOS on firewalls, routers, and switches, made changes to production environment to expand infrastructure .
• Ensure all incidents are properly logged, triaged, routed, escalated, and closed in accordance with pre-determined service levels and incident management processes .
• Triage support queues through effective communication with users via email, phone, and in-person interactions 
• Maintain, troubleshoot and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks and computer workstations and peripheral equipment
